I have decided to spice up my site by adding a blog.  What a concept, eh?  To start off the blog I will tell you about what I am currently working on.  My Chili Pepper kiln was down for awhile so I am excited to get back into beading after taking a break and strictly doing fusing.  I am working on getting ready for the Foothills Craft Guild show in November.  I was just juried into this auspicious group of artists last month and this will be my first show with them.   I have been making new vessel beads, Christmas pendant/ornaments and a new item (inspired by a new dentist friend, Linda) tooth pendants.  I also bought a book on Maedeup (Korean knotting) and have been incorporating some of my vessels in cool necklaces made of notted Korean cord.  I have to say I am excited about this new form of jewelry making I have discovered.     I will have to post some pictures of some of the recent necklaces I have made.
