Our first show was at the Virginia Rennaissance Faire at Lake Anna Wineries in Virginia.  This was such an exciting place to debut as I have always loved to go to Rennaissance Faires.  This was a small affair relatively speaking but we were well received and even cast members were buying from us which I was told is a good sign that your products are well liked.  We were only there for one weekend in May but I swear it must have been the hottest weekend of the show.  Fortunately we were placed within the wooded area.  I felt bad for all the vendors who had to pitch tents in the open field under the blazing sun.  Not only did I sell a lot of beads and jewelry I was also able to trade some of my jewelry for things I wanted from other vendors.  What  weekend!!!!
